You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. We’ll get you a refund in the form of your original payment as long as the item is unused and in re-sellable condition. You’ll need to have the receipt or proof of purchase for a refund, but don’t worry, if you can’t find it, reach out to us and we’ll try to help.
We know shipping costs are expensive. If we made a mistake, we’ll work with you to make it right. Otherwise, return shipments are at your cost, but remember, you can always come return or exchange items at the brewery. Think about it, spend that money on a pint, not on a package.
