1. HOW TO ENTER: Complete an official entry form on our web site www.saranac.com/page/summer-road-trip, or by hand printing your name and complete address, including zip code, telephone number and date of birth and the words: ‘SARANAC SUMMER ROAD TRIP PROMOTION’ on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper and mail to SARANAC 2010 SUMMER ROAD TRIP PROMOTION, PO BOX 317, UTICA, NEW YORK 13503-0317. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY: No Purchase Necessary. Contest open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 21 years AND OLDER. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, siblings, parents, children and spouses of the foregoing or members of their household) of F.X. Matt Brewing Company, and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, persons affiliated with the alcoholic beverage industry, alcoholic beverage or beer retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other resellers, and companies involved in the production of the game materials, and employees of each are not eligible.
*3. DRAWING: A random drawing will be held for each concert two weeks prior to the concert. The drawing dates will be as follows: Dark Star Orchestra -July 16, 2010, Umphrey's McGee-July 21, 2010, STS9- August 4, 2010. All decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to this Contest. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each concert. Potential winners must respond to any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance Form within 14 days of attempted delivery of the same. Noncompliance with this time period will result in
disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Winner will be notified by e-mail or mail on or around th following dates for each concert: Dark Star Orchestra -July 16, 2010, Umphrey's McGee-July 21, 2010, STS9- August 4, 2010. Any prize notification returned to the Sponsor as undeliverable will result in awarding of prize to an alternate winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable at contest end. In which case a prize of equal or greater value will be submitted. All Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winners and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. By accepting any prize, winner agrees to and releases the F.X. Matt Brewing Company, Inc., and their employees, representatives, and agents from all liability of any type whatsoever.
