*This menu has been created by Executive Chef Art Langdon from Utica College and Aramark Dining Services. Art has done many beer dinners at the Brewery and is an amazing chef. You won't go hungry with his gourmet twist on authentic German food! Each dish has been designed to go well with our fall seasonals: Octoberfest and Pumpkin Ale.
