February at the Brewery

See what all the buzz is about!  Try our new innovative flavor, Saranac White IPA.  The brewing team has been anxiously awaiting a chance to share this beer, which is a hybrid IPA and Belgian White brew.  Each of the Saranac White IPA ingredients were individually selected and tested by our highly trained taste team.  You'll notice the citrus overtone and aroma along with a hint of coriander melded with the crisp hopiness of a traditional IPA.  Read more on our White IPA page...
